 3. Payments: We take safe online payments through reliable gateways.  Some products are eligible for Cash on Delivery (COD).

 4. Cancellation: You have 12 hours after placing your order to cancel it.  Once confirmed, customized or personalized products cannot be canceled.

5. Liability: CRAFTOBOX is not responsible for customer-provided incorrect address information, delays, or courier errors.

 6. Modifications: We maintain the right to make periodic updates to our Terms of Service.  Acceptance of the updated terms is indicated by continued use of the website.

 7. Governing Law: The laws of India, which have jurisdiction over Kolkata, West Bengal, apply to these terms.
